What is your delivery timeline? +
Same day delivery within Bangalore (BBMP area). 1-2 days for Bangalore suburbs. 3-5 days for rest of India. Delivery is free on orders above ₹299.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
Can I return medicines? +
We accept returns within 7 days for sealed, unopened medicines with valid purchase receipt. Temperature-sensitive and prescription medicines cannot be returned once delivered.
