Returns accepted within 7 days for: sealed/unopened medicines, wrong medicine delivered, damaged packaging on delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened medicines, temperature-sensitive products (insulin, biologics), prescription medicines once dispensed, and medicines returned after 7 days.

Refund Process

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method after verification. COD orders refunded via bank transfer.
